What can I rent?

We offer a wide range of items; pushchairs, high chairs, travel cots, diapers, bottle warmers, toys. All of them are well-known brands and either new or only a few months old. Our products comply with European Standards and are delivered with instruction leaflets.

Are the items clean?

We guarantee a high hygienic condition. Our products are carefully cleaned and disinfected after each rental so it can be rented again in perfect condition.

How can I do a last-minute booking?

For last minute bookings please call us or send us an e:mail. Details are at the top of the page.
We will try to answer you in less than 24 hours.

I like the equipment that I have rented, can I buy it?

Yes you can! If you are happy with the equipment and want to buy it, we will quote it for you and deduct the amount you have already paid for the rental.

How can I know my order will be delivered on time?

We do our best to deliver always in the time slot requested. However, if something happens that makes it impossible to deliver as scheduled we will contact you as soon as possible to find an appropriate solution.

What if I want to rent more time than initially agreed?

Let us know 48 hours in advance before our rental period ends so we can set up a new pick up date. In this case the new amount should be paid in cash.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, but we suggest to let us know at least 24 hours before the delivery.

Can I ask for deliver and pick-up in different places?

Yes, you can, just let us know when you place your order.

What happens in the event some of the goods are damaged or broken?

We can accept wear and tear resulting from a normal use. But the material it is strongly damaged and affect its normal use, you should be responsible for its repair or buying a new one, whichever is cheaper..
